OP is the biggest bank in Finland with over 4 million customers. I worked with them on a number of different projects when working at Eficode. My work included UX design for OP’s web bank, mobile app and the employee web services.
I worked as part of OP’s own design team. My main job was to to create UX and UI for new concepts and existing services, but I also did a lot of visual design, service design and user testing.
Most of my time I concentrated on projects related to daily banking of the customers. I designed concepts for online family loan applications, AI investment assistance service, making digital signatures easier, and so on.
